Allow users to connect a specific sub-wallet from Alby Hub directly via NWC on the subscription page, without needing to unlink their main wallet. This would let users delegate a dedicated wallet for payments while keeping full oversight of their main wallet in one place.
Why it matters:
It simplifies wallet management and enhances the user experience by eliminating the need to manually switch wallets for subscriptions.
Make it more obvious when a second Alby Hub is being created under the same Alby Account, and warn users before they accidentally create another one.
Please allow passkey login. My account shouldn’t be constrained solely by email. Email is not a suitable 2FA method. Username + password + TOTP or email token + TOTP are good, but Passkey is better because it requires a device you possess already and doesn’t rely on email that’s phishable. I’ve seen other sites go further and require TOTP after a Passkey too, fwiw. Point being, give uses the option for real 2FA decoupled from email.

It would be great if Alby supported LNURL-auth so users could sign in to their accounts easily with their Lightning wallets. Wallets like Zeus already support this standard, and adding it alongside NWC would make signing in faster, more secure, and fully native to the Lightning experience.
It seems odd that Alby has a list of every lightning transaction since joining. Especially when running an AlbyHub, this feels odd to have all that data captured centrally. I would like the option to purge old transaction history.
I made a typo when attempting to update my email address for my Alby account, when trying to correct the typo a red error message appeared saying the update can only be done once a day.
I waited and now that it's the day after, the same red error message appears. If it is waiting for me to first verify the the email with the typo before being able to correct it, this will not be possible.

In the Wallet page of getalby.com (and similarly in Alby Hub), it would be really nice if we could at a glance see both the total sent and total received.
For example, this was actually 356§ sent (in value_msat_total), but the sending platform (Podcast Guru) took a small fee, so Alby is showing only the received amount of 338§ (from value_msat). Since people sometimes like to make their numbers mean something, it gets cumbersome to have to click into every transaction to find the total sent instead of just seeing it all here at a glance.
As described in the title, would be great to have an Woocomerce plugin to sell physical products. I know that the Bitcoin Lightning publisher for wordpress plugin lets sell digital content, maybe improve it also for physical products would be good idea. Thanks Alby <3!
I keep as many of my screens in dark mode as possible, at all times. Can't seem to find a dark mode setting for the GetAlby site.
I can't understand the difference between the different types of sub-accounts I can create with albyhub. It is specified that the "fast account" doesn't have an alby address. The other two options are very vague, as they don't indicate their differences. Do both support keysend? if so, what's the difference? Saying one is for "podcasters and musicians" and the other is for "friends and family" gives ZERO information to me.
I would like to see additional options for unsubscribing from Alby Alert email notifications. Currently I am sent an email every day informing me that "This app does not have the get_balance scope". I am given the option to "unsubscribe from emails like this" however the only option I am given is to unsubscribe from all alerts. I do not want unsubscribe from every alert to do this as there may be other alerts that I want to see.
It would be good if there was an option to just choose not to get a specific type of alert or a way to acknowledge an alert so that you do not keep being sent the same email.
This is not a big problem as I can either just reactivate the get_balance scope or I can ignore the emails however it is just something that seems like it would be good to have.

Some services don't support Lightning Addresses and they ask for LNURL, which can be decoded with external websites - but it's not directly displayed in Alby.

Disable and delete functionalities of clients (potentially also of webhooks and access tokens) would help a lot to keep my Alby developer account clean.
If I want to connect several Alby Accounts to my Alby Browser Extension I have to log out on getalby.com first. Only then I can add another account to the browser extension. Is there a way to make it easier?
