In the “Node” section, the Channels table currently displays information such as Peer, Type, Status, Capacity, Reserve, Spending, and Receiving. It would be very helpful if the routing fees configured by the user (base fee and fee rate/ppm) for each individual channel could also be displayed directly in this overview.

Routing fees are different for each outgoing payment, because it depends on the chosen route. What exactly do you want to see on the "Node" page?
