Hi! yes, this is already possible in Alby Hub. You can create an isolated app connection for each of your team members, and give it to them privately. They can create their own Alby Account with a lightning address, and use the isolated app connection to power their Alby Account. Your Alby Hub will provide liquidity for your entire team, but they'll each have their own balance.

To create an isolated app connection, open your hub, go to connections -> Add new connection. Then choose the "Isolated" option.
