Show channel reserve more prominently

When someone first opens an Alby Hub with newly created channels, they will discover that the first payments they receive won't be reflected in their balance. Despite seeing the incoming payments in the transaction log, their balance will remain at zero until the necessary sats are set aside for channel reserves.
Please update the Wallet interface to indicate that balance is being set aside for channel reserves rather than just disappearing into the ether.
Original posting (see comments):
The cloud hosting fee seems to be silently removed from incoming transactions until it's paid. Please show it as a transaction or part of the Wallet interface.
The current method of silently removing it makes me think my incoming transactions aren't working.

Hi, the payment should be instant unless it's stuck in-flight. We plan to show pending payments in a future version of Alby Hub, would this help?
roland That might help. I had this happen on a new Hub that I set up that had a zero balance (no outbound liquidity). I paid for the LSP channel opens with a different wallet rather than the hub. I then tried sending it test payments and the wallet balance stayed at zero despite being able to see the incoming transactions. It was only after sending it 20k sats that the balance finally changed to non-zero.
There was no indication from the interface for why the balance was staying at zero despite receiving payments. That made it feel like it wasn't working correctly.

Hi, there could be another reason that leads to the same effect: 0 balance despite incoming payments.
If you go to the "Node" page of your Hub, you'll find a channel reserve as part of the channel visualization. The reserve is not a fee and belongs to you. But it needs to be filled up first before you see a non-zero spending balance.
(The Alby Cloud subscription fee is deducted from the spending balance as a normal lightning transaction. You will see it in the transaction history. As it is implemented today a user needs to have a certain amount available in the spending balance for it to be subtracted.)
Moritz It should show this somewhere in the Wallet tab. It's confusing to send sats to your wallet and have the balance stay at zero.

That makes sense. I noted it down.
If that is the issue, is it okay to change the title to sth. like? "Show channel reserve more prominently."
Then others can find and upvote the request easier.

ericpp Sorry, I misunderstood the original ticket. I also agree this would be good to add.
