Could extension popup get pinned to the desktop/browser, so I don't lose the context when clicking elsewhere?

Could extension popup get pinned to the desktop/browser, so I don't lose the context when clicking elsewhere?
You can pin the extension like displayed in the screenshot.
Moritz it's not about icon being pinned to the address bar, but to enable the window 'stay on top' even when clicked on the browser outside of popup
Many other extension have this feature
