Toggle for total SATs TLV for V4V

It is critical for Podcasters who have splits in their value blocks to be able to toggle between received and total sent pre-split. There is a TLV with this info.

I would second this for SATurn. It's important to be able to say "Thanks to Adam for the 25,000 sats", not "Thanks to Adam for the 250 sats because I only have Alby as a 1% split".
