As a part of going more self-custodial, I'd like to have an option to auto-withdraw sats over X amount to my node when it's online, on lets say weekly basis

Good thing. Make it possible to withdraw via either Lightning or Mainnet.
A likely use case would be a merchant may choose to auto-withdraw it to its mainnet wallet when balance reaches a certain amount or optionally via Lightning (using a private channel)
